Studio Storyboards

I decided that it would be fitting for the stalker to try and make the woman out to be enjoying the kidnap, in some kind of sickening way. I feel that we should be able to get this across with the shots of him drawing a smile onto her as she is bound and gagged.

Again, I feel that the main aspect of this particular film, and the one that is going to really drive it is the sound. I have had words with Dave, the sound designer, and he seems pretty clear on what I am wanting.

Shooting in such a small place, means that the number of shots we can get will be limited, and in addition to this, the tight time restriction means that we will have to work quickly. Because of this, I do not want to overcomplicate the number of shots, (although I do think Mr Proctor will have no trouble achieving what I ask), and I have established 3 main shots within the action.

It will also be very important to ensure that it is shot in a suitable order, as there is a lot of action going on that cannot be reshot quickly, and could result in terrible continuity. To get around this, Harry and myself will have to establish a clear shot list and schedule, and decide on which shots are crucial and which can be scrapped should time not allow us to get them in. It will also be necessary to film a number of cut aways, for the sake of better continuity, as I get the strong feeling that it will not go as smoothly as we hope.

But we'll see.
